Hibiscus Care Provides high quality, person centred care for people with brain injury, in the comfort of their home within their community.
We are driven by the ideation to sustain momentum through continuity and consistency, knowing that the service user is the expert of their life. We work to uphold personal rights, dignity, privacy, individuality, equality, choice and fulfilment within the Human Rights and legal framework of the UK. Our services are very inclusive and focused on the individual, supported by staff who are highly trained in brain injuries care.
We build from previously established rehabilitation goals, assess and promote present coping mechanisms and work to empower the service user to establish new goals and strategies. Our Care plans are then designed to aid the relearning and achievement process. The end goal is to promote the highest possible degree of independence and get the service user to reconnect with the community in a way that is meaningful to them.
While our range of services is long-term supported living, our care and support is aimed as far as is possible at decreasing the amount of support hours needed by the service user in a day.
